Return and Refund Policy (United States)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For customers within the United States, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return within the U.S., items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Must include all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at stiwari@ritaglobaltraders.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Wait for return authorization and instructions

  • Returns must be shipped to:
    9179 W Donald Drive, Peoria, Arizona 85383, United States

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee (U.S. Customers)

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost to customers in the United States.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total for returns due to non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind).

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), no restocking fee will be charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at stiwari@ritaglobaltraders.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective or damaged

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted.
If you wish to receive a different item, please complete the return process for a refund and place a new order separately.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
